• Standard withdrawal processing may take up to 24 hours
• 11bed reserves the right to suspend any transaction on suspicion of money laundering

11bed does not charge any additional transaction fees. However, your payment service provider (such as Mobile Pay or your bank) may apply their own fees, for which 11bed bears no responsibility.

The following rules apply to all betting activity on 11bed and cover all Sports markets and bet types:

• Bets cannot be cancelled once confirmed (except for live betting)
• Bets placed during a system or software malfunction will be considered void
• If an event is cancelled, the stake will be refunded
• Payments may be withheld if match-fixing or irregular activity is suspected
• Minimum bet: ৳10 BDT; maximum bet varies by market
• Odds may change at any time from when they are published until the event begins
• If multiple accounts or coordinated bonus abuse are detected, all related bets will be voided

11bed offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time. Specific terms apply to each bonus. The general bonus terms are outlined below:

• Each user is entitled to receive each welcome bonus only once
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the specified time after a bonus is received
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be completed first

• If bonus abuse is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited

• Attempting to hack or carry out a cyberattack on the platform's systems
• Unauthorized access to another user's account
• Creating or managing an account on behalf of a minor
• Unauthorized use of 11bed's brand or logo

11bed may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• If KYC verification fails or false information is provided
• Prolonged inactivity (12 months or more)
• At the user's own request (including self-exclusion)
